Starbucks-style cold foam

Simple sweet cold foam for iced coffee, made with heavy cream, milk, and vanilla in a frother.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp whole milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract -or- 1 pump of Torani Vanilla Syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract in an electric milk frother.
  2. Froth with an electric milk frother on the cold setting until thick and velvety (about 30–60 seconds). A countertop electric frother with a cold program works well. Pour over iced coffee.
